Getting Through

Well, guess who has to have another surgery on her ankle?
Yup.
Me.
Lovely.
It's happening very soon, because both my doctor and myself intend for me to be recovered enough to begin the fall semester.

I hit a deer last week, and a few weeks before I had to have my engine replaced.

There is so much going on, but I'm finding more and more time to laugh and spend time with those who care about me.
I am blessed. I have lost a lot, and nobody will ever truly be able to understand from my point of view what I have lost, but I am still here, and there has to be a reason for it.
